Does Your Website Say "Our Logo Is So Wonderful" ?

I visited a website today (I'm not going to say who or show a screenshot - I don't want to embarrass them) on which the only thing shown above the fold was the company's logo on a nice solid-colored background.

When someone lands on your website you have fifteen seconds - probably much less - to evoke the “This is what I’m looking for” emotion before they click the ‘Back’ button and leave. 

1. Who is your perfect client?
   
   
2. What problem do you solve for them?
   
   
3. How do they articulate that problem in their own words?

Have you figured out numer three (above)?  If so then THAT's what belongs on your home page above the fold.
